Welcome to Leia and Julia

The Burns Lab is happy to welcome our two newest honours students, Leia and Julia, to the team. Helping us to delve into the great expanse of archaea CRISPR systems is Julia, a returning student from a past internship project who we are happy to see back! Alongside her is Leia, a new face in the Lab, who will be exploring the role of plasmids in the ecology of microbial mats. Welcome to the team!
